Oolong tea weight loss (also known as WuLong) is another widely used liquid for losing weight although not as famous as the Green tea counterpart but it does has its own benefits that are well worthy of looking into. How to Prepare it to Drink?



So make sure you have a oolong tea leaves ready and a cup of boiling water also. Then,

1. Pour the boiled water to a tea pot and put few of the tea leaves into the warm pot (the leaves should be around 5-6% of the total tea pot capacity)

2. Then pour more water to on to the tea pot (on top of the leaves, etc).

3. And now finally remove (use a spoon or paper, etc) the bubbles which are floating on the tea...

4. Cover the pot and let it be there for few minutes...

5. And after few minutes pour the tea into your drinking cups and drink!, that's it.

To get the better results by not destroying some of the oxidation abilities and different tastes you can use water not after boiled but when they reach temperatures around 90 degrees of Celsius for instance but this again is not a huge thing and you can experiment yourself also if you like.
