Now I'm pretty sure most of the individuals know these things but before pointing out various methods for loosing some fat (such as food, exercises, etc) please let me give you some of the most basic but things that anyone should know before proceeding to that section. So ...
Important Things to Remember
*. If you lost some reasonable amounts of body weight over a very short period of time (even though it is very appealing but...) then your body will realize or will make the false belief that you're starving and will lower the metabolism rates, etc. What happens next is that, then the brain will shut down "unnecessary" (very relative in this manner or it thinks that they're unnecessary at least) cell functions, etc thus resulting significant amounts of temperature drops. And you'll be very uncomfortable with these drops (no body like to be cold right?).
And this will also reduce sugar amounts in blood which means low "fuel" for the brain to operate and it'll drag you towards lower reaction times, problems with thinking, etc. So remember keep your fat loss to a steady speed!
*. Fat loss or Muscle Loss - To put it into simple terms, if you want to have lean muscles then you'll have to do some weight lifting exercises type activities. On the other hand if you're an overweight person (means more fat than muscles) then you should consider reducing your food input (can get helps from meal replacement shakes, etc) and do some of the exercises such as running, etc.
But remember before doing anything first make sure your weight lever (whether you're under or over the standard weight - use this BMI calculator for that and remember seeing a doctor before doing anything is a MUST. And also get a proper guidance from personal trainers when it comes to exercises and never do them by based upon your judgments.
And because fat is covered in thicker layers than muscles, even by loosing 9% of that can make a significant amount of body shape shift rather than loosing the same amounts of muscles at the same time.
*. If you already have some sort of kidney related symptoms and take high amounts of protein but won't do the proper amounts of physical exercises to burn that energy, then it can damage your kidney. But for those who have healthy kidneys there are no known dangers but never neglect to some exercises anyway.
*. And before trying these techniques if you have certain health issues such as diabetes, high blood and low blood pressures and heart problems please see your doctor first.
*. Again seek the proper advices before taking diet pills type products also.
OK now let's talk about the quickest way to lose weight.
As said before there are few things you can do this in fast manner (still keeping it safe). Below are few tips.
*. Eat natural healthy foods
This is one of the safest methods because these foods do not contains some of the man made artificial chemicals such as flavors, etc.
*. Drink Water
This is one of the best methods not only to burn some fat but also can keep your kidneys healthy too. Make sure to consume at least 7-9 cups daily and depending on your age, weight, height, etc the amount will differ. So in that case use a drinking water calculator such as this for instance.
*. Drink Green Tea
This is an old Chinese type of tea (with vitamin C and few minerals, etc) which has a long history in relation with our health and it's been using not only as a fat burning stimulator but can also be a for fighting against helper against cancer, arthritis and unnecessary calories burner are just to name a few.
*. Whey Protein Drinks
Whey protein is considered as the purest among all protein types and contains zero amounts of sugar too. This is one of the most rich ingredients that our bodies need (for repairing and building muscles, energy for moving body parts, etc) and with its zero amounts of sugar but rich enrichment's this can be used as one of the best liquids diets for losing fat.
*. Change the Meal Frequency
For instance usually we eat 3 times per day. But if you can replace it with smaller but somewhat frequent meals (5 short meals per day) daily can also be really helpful.
*. No Alcohol
Yep, alcohol contains higher amounts of calories and the more you take the more fat you add to your body. So stop drinking if you want to loose some body weight. Not only this but actually by not drinking you can also have others healthy benefits such as more healthier brain, blood purification, etc are just to name a few.
*. No Pizza
Yes they are really tasty I know but they also contains high amounts of calories. So try to replace them with something like a sandwich for instance. And let me tell you a little tip I got from a weight lifting trainer. He said than by not having to (well more likely not letting you to) eat all those sweet foods that you love can drive you crazy but if you want to keep a slim body the you have to do it nonetheless. So he has this little trick of preserving a day for about every 15 days in which is usually eat few of his favorite foods which helps to control some of that craving for food.
But remember that if you're really overweight person then until you gain some momentum in your weight loss program then don't use this approach.
*. Do some Exercises
Doing physical exercises is one of the safest methods of staying healthy and getting rid of unnecessary muscles and fat. This is usually the one that I should have written first because this is one of the best tips out there. But since everybody knows it and can be a bit "hard to follow" type ways also but again this is one of the contenders of the game and seems pretty much unbeatable no mater how much pills, drinks and all sorts of other proudts try to challange.
So do your exercises and control your craving for foods (sweets, drinks with higher amounts of sugar, etc) and eat only healthy foods (or shakes) with low calories and fat in them and if you're in for any doubt then ask any expert in the field with, what is the ... (you know the rest) and they'll all approve that this the quickest way to lose weight for anyone! So good luck to everyone and remember be patient.
